Sandra Beaudry is a seasoned sales executive, educator, and skincare strategist with a passion for building beauty brands that don’t just look good, but do good. With 25+ years in the industry and leadership experience at global names like L’Oréal, Dermalogica, and Caudalie, Sandra has helped beauty businesses scale in multiple markets, delivering millions in sales through authentic storytelling, sales team training, and market strategy.

As the founder of JAXS Beauty Inc, Sandra is bringing Oliveda, Europe’s most trusted olive tree–based skincare line, to the Canadian market. More than a brand, JAXS is a movement to normalize real skin journeys, clean beauty rituals, and authentic income streams for women and wellness-driven entrepreneurs.

Sandra now mentors a growing network of skincare advocates, content creators, and new entrepreneurs across Canada and the U.S., helping them grow aligned businesses rooted in trust, purpose, and beautiful results.
